Anne Reiss is a seasoned philanthropic advisor and fundraising professional who works in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She is a highly motivated, business-minded individual who has worked successfully with legacy organizations, Fortune 500 companies, venture capitalists, and high net-worth individuals. Anne’s strength is building lasting alliances and partnerships with major donors, senior staff, and volunteer leaders. Her expertise includes providing council to campaign leadership, executing campaign plans, and major gift fundraising. She brings experience working with a diverse range of sectors including global health, education, women and girls, LGBTQ+, social justice, the arts, and workplace development. She was honored to play an instrumental role with the following clients: The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum and the Giving Pledge with the Gates Foundation. Anne is a big sister with Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
Gina Reiss is a social entrepreneur and executive leader dedicated to social justice and human rights causes including global women’s and LGBTQ+ rights, combating sex and labor trafficking; alleviating health disparities among displaced populations and BIPOC communities. She has worked across many cultures, managed diverse teams in the US, Southeast Asia and East Africa. Gina’s strengths are creating external partnerships; managing and mentoring global teams; and building boards. She has built effective partnerships with high net worth donors, major foundations, UN agencies, community based organizations and Fortune 500 corporations. She has led major issue-based advocacy campaigns and public policy efforts on Capitol Hill. She is the founding Director of the Girl Up Campaign at the United Nations Foundation and serves as chair of the board at Survivor Alliance. Fast Company selected Ms. Reiss among their 2012 “League of Extraordinary Women.”
